Project Management

1. Review and evaluate existing project estimate, proposal, and expected margin.
2. Review and evaluate completed projects for results, management and leadership assigned.
3. Review how the project was set-up, project leader and crew were assigned, etc.
4. Review how the managers are evaluating their assigned projects.
5. My experience and expertise can also be utilized to evaluate projects not performing and make recommendations to adjust direction for positive results.
