Operations

  1. This will require beginning with evaluating the existing estimating process and having a clear understanding of overhead and owners expectations with project margins. 

  2. Introduction to project managers and project leaders to learn the culture and relationships. 

  3. Visit several projects, spending time to understand the managers processes regarding beginning project, how the daily structure is established, communications with employees and customers. This could take more then a day.

  4. While on projects, I will be evaluating each manager and employee getting a true understanding of the field culture regarding safety, quality and efficiencies, communications, relationships between managers/employees and managers/employees toward owners.   

  5. Will work closely with field workers to understand their process regarding production and provide my recommendations to make those process more efficient.

  6. Will evaluate the QA/QC polices and assure these policies are best for the services provided and the field understand and are following the policies.
