bio.

I developed my experience with construction operations working in the field for an insulation company beginning in 1984. My experience began in the pulp & paper industry, as well as, power industry working projects throughout the Northeast. I started as a laborer quickly excelling to technician, onto project leader, and then operations manager overseeing all aspects of the business. Throughout these initial years, I learned all facets of the insulation business. In 1994, I started a company along with a business partner, providing scaffolding for the pulp & paper and power industry. We specialized in erecting scaffolding within the interior of boilers, vessels and other equipment.  Our focus and success was based on providing high quality scaffolding, extremely efficient, and safe scaffold in a timely manner allowing for maintenance to be done quickly to provide a short shut down period affecting productivity for the customer.  Safety was and still remains my highest priority, as it has an immediate effect with quality and efficiencies. The importance of providing the highest quality scaffold trickled down to the efficiencies from all contractors working from the scaffolding resulting in the overall positive outage schedule. We quickly became a successful company with a high quality work force focused on the highest quality in safety, efficiencies, and quality product results producing very positive profits.

I mention the importance of nurturing the assets.  My understanding and experience in this regard has and continues to be my highest quality. You will not be successful unless you know, understand and nurture your assets, employees and customers. One will not work without the other.

We were successful selling the scaffolding business to a larger scaffolding company. I chose to stay on through the merger to allow for a smooth transition. Under a year’s time, we were acquired by another larger company offering the same scaffold services. Again, I stayed on through that merger, expanding the business footprint and developed insulation services to benefit our existing customers. By utilizing the experience I developed during my earlier years, we focused on maintaining the highest standards of Safety, Quality and Efficiencies.

In 2014, I invested into company offering a totally different service, heat tracing. Although a service still within the industry I had extensive experience and built a reputation within, the power industry. At the time, this was a very small company but a company that offered a great product. We were able to accelerate services to both existing and new customers growing the company exponentially. Our focus to provide the highest quality to our Assets, Customers and employees helped develop an incredible culture which provided extremely positive results.

In 2016, we attracted companies looking to expand their footprint offering another service resulting in a very positive acquisition. I again chose to stay on through the merger focusing on expanding and providing our services throughout the US. Our growth came quickly and our focus was assuring our assets were the highest priority and maintaining the culture of quality service we had perfected.

With a loyal customer base, the team we established with it’s impeccable reputation only attracted our competition and we were acquired in 2020. In order to provide a smooth transition and maintain the reputation of our team, I stayed on through yet another acquisition. With the new company’s offerings of services that we had yet to provide, we were able to offer our pre-existing customers additional new services, more than doubling our growth again.

This year I opted to get back to my roots, where I’ve found the most success, and left corporate life to offer the services I have found to be most beneficial in growing companies to their utmost success.

As mentioned throughout this introduction, my focus and success has been always focusing on understanding the business and the services offered. Holding a mirror up and putting the gloves on to get into the services offered and evaluating the assets and the culture making necessary adjustments based on my experience. I can guarantee in a very short time I will improve the existing culture and will make suggestions for positive results to Safety, Quality, and Efficiencies expanding services and customer base.
